An individual contributor role dedicated to the effective resolution of tactical customer inquiries and the continuous improvement of team operational performance and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
• Accurate, timely, complete and consistent global customer support involving resolution of multi-channel inquiries from customers of Dun & Bradstreet requiring a specialized skillset in Technology, Data, Product Usage, Cancellation Avoidance or Complaint Handling. Responsible for working in a team environment to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers by listening empathetically to the customer, identifying and defining the customer needs and delivering service to meet those needs.
• Develops and builds knowledge on D&B products, services, Data supply chain, procedures and technology, sales offerings and positioning or negotiation/conflict avoidance techniques as relevant to each respective team.
• Participate in group projects including new product launch preparation, tool adjustment/roll-out, process improvement, Advisor training etc.

Skills
• Product Usage –The primary use cases, feature functionality, workflow, navigation, and user set-up/management for the suite of relevant products.
• Data/Data Supply Chain –The elements, global coverage, and representation of D&B content as well as in the systemic collection, correction, and data flow processes that underpin our content delivery.
• Technology – The core components, connectivity, diagnostic tools, monitoring and troubleshooting of the D&B product and data platforms/infrastructure and its management. This includes ITIL Service Mgmt., basic knowledge of XML, SOAP, and REST(JSON), working knowledge of VB/ASP, .NET Technologies (VB.NET), C#, .NET MCV, JAVA/JDK/J2EE/sprint/eclipse, PHP/Python and SQL/Oracle/Sybase and proficiency in internet related applications such as email clients and web browsers.
• Contract Cancellation Avoidance – The negotiation and objection handling associated with customer attempts to cancel their D&B services, anchored in the value recognition and use cases of the relevant product suite, sales discounts and offerings, appropriate positioning and pricing, sales compliance practices, and transaction processing.
• Complaint Management - The facilitation, negotiation and successful resolution of high profile complaints. These include sources of reputational, legal, or financial threat to Dun and Bradstreet
• Customer Service Tools and applications – These include Salesforce (Case Management, Reporting, Escalation, etc), Query Resolution Master Process, Vocalize dashboards and navigation, DUNS Right, DUNS Link, Phoenix etc.

We are currently growing our Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance team in order to protect and scale our enterprise security program as well as meet ongoing security compliance and assurance requirements!

The Senior Third Party Risk and Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the security aspects, assessments, continuous monitoring and audits of all third-party partnerships. You will manage and execute the third-party cyber risk assessment process, from initial third-party intake through tracking and remediation of technical, operational, and contractual issues resulting from partnerships. In additional, This person will help drive the transformation of the Third-Party compliance program by supporting the execution of internal and external assessments.

What You'll Do
• Plan and conduct information security, risk assessments and audits of suppliers.
• Identify information security deficiencies or risks at third parties, provide escalation paths for information security issues, incidents, and inquiries.
• Prepare security assessment reports including third-party background, security assessment scope, and results.
• Lead third party Incident response investigations with complete ownership the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and manage IT and cyber risks.
• Perform risk assessments of in scope products and services.
• Identify and analyze control weaknesses and / or inefficiencies; recommend appropriate actions or improvements to ensure effective internal control over financial reporting; proper safeguarding of assets; and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with control owners to remediate control gaps and track the remediation efforts.
• Assess effectiveness of security control requirements associated with acquisition and use of third-party IT resources.
• Coordinate with supplier management team to communicate, track and close open risk items.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to educate them, assess risks and achieve compliance over technology control environment.
• Communicate progress, escalations, and issue resolution to management and team stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, report on key risk metrics.
• Build relationships with a broad range of D&B employees at all levels to accomplish program objectives and further Enterprise Risk goals.

Requirements (Must Have)
• 7-10 years of experience in third-party IT security risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience in Information Cyber Security, Risk Management and Governance Risk and Compliance.
• Strong experience leveraging third party tools such as Service Now, TrustArc, OneTrust.
• Strong knowledge of industry frameworks including related regulatory compliance requirements (NIST 800-161, ITL4,ISO27001, SOC 2).
• Strong experience in conducting supplier security assessments, audits and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity policies, standards and best practices.
• Understanding of information security testing methods, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Experience implementing cyber processes and controls, including ongoing improvement opportunities.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to successfully manage third party audits, gather evidence and coordinate audit response.
• Ability to leverage strong verbal, written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of managing projects that drive business objectives.
• A team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred (Nice To Have)
• CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or comparable certifications strongly preferred.
• Having a systems or security engineering background is strongly preferred.

The Data Analyst II will report to the Director, Global Trade Acquisition and will support the trade teams primary mandate to grow the number of active corporate partners in D&B’s Trade program. Workplace is Jacksonville, FL (preferred) or remote US (East Coast).

The Role: As part of D&B’s strategy to grow the Global Trade Program membership, D&B continually offers a range of incentives and programs to new corporate members.

This role will interact closely with Sales, Customer support, Sales enablement and Marketing, as well as the Trade Data and Operations teams. This is a junior role where 2-3 years working experience is ideal.

The data analyst will provide flexible program support to the Director, Global Trade Acquisition to help him coordinate, analyze, and track the pipeline of potential new opportunities flowing from these new initiatives. The candidate will take on the daily tracking, monitoring, and reporting progress on overall prospecting activity, at an account and project level, to ensure the programs are always on track or identify gaps. This will include engagement with D&B trade data acquisition and D&B sales teams to capture and understand activity as initiatives go-to-market.

He/she will also develop analysis and collateral to support the trade acquisition efforts as required, periodically coordinate the organization of marketing and training as required, and interact with Product teams to gain maximum visibility for the Global Trade Program.

The analyst will also take the lead to define new segments of potential partners within D&B’s customer base and new partners, and coordinate the roll out of these projects. The candidate must be organized, with high energy and accuracy levels and able to organize and run projects.

This role will be a natural step into data acquisition, partnerships, or product roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, analyze and report on new partner prospecting activity on a continual basis, providing detailed updates and analysis of results.
• Assisting with target segmentation exercises and coordinating roll outs, under the guidance of the Director, Global Trade Acquisition.
• Maintenance and upkeep an accurate prospecting database, including “digging deeper” with team members and sales leads to understand context, identify roadblocks, and project timelines.
• Report on overall program performance, ensuring data is accurate and the Director, Director, Global Trade Acquisition can track progress against goals.
• Create analysis and presentations to support the Trade Program and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product departments as required.

Experience and Competencies
• 2-3 years’ experience in a sales development representative, customer support or project management capacity
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and in writing with a commercial mindset.
• University degree.
• The candidate should have self-initiative, be very organized, and willing and happy to be pro-active.

The Client Director within D&B Public Sector is responsible for selling D&B’s strategic solutions & services within their assigned Government vertical.

Requirements:
• Ability to establish relationships with C-level decision-makers of major accounts.
• A minimum of 7-10+ years’ experience in field sales.
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the confidence and maturity to have instant credibility at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
• Solid commercial and financial awareness with capable knowledge of complex negotiations process.
• A true passion for delivering a ‘best-in-class’ customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid planning and project management skills.
• Results-oriented individual able to establish own priorities.
• BA or equivalent / MBA highly desirable.
• Extensive experience operating in and selling to the National Security Sector.

Responsibilities:
• Sales – Closely align with internal senior D&B sales leaders and peers to achieve sales targets for assigned accounts. Leverage skills and industry experience to develop and implement sales strategies to drive long term sustainable sales and revenue growth, while building a most trusted relationship with assigned clients. Building and maintaining ongoing strategic C level customer relationships across the client organization.
• Customer Relationships – Responsible for building strong relationships at senior levels and throughout their assigned Government clients, while identifying opportunities by providing valuable solutions in across the spectrum of D&B data and services. Leverage knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities to build trust and respect with our customers.
• Account Planning – Lead account planning activities with team leader and other sales support team members through quarterly detailed account planning process. Account Planning will include: sales forecast, key insights from the client’s solution reviews, assessment of account needs, proposed steps for growing account spend including the introduction of new products/solutions/services and the pursuit of new programs.
• Performance – Responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales target through the retention and growth of assigned accounts. Measure and communicate progress against monthly targets by accurately and timely reporting/forecasting.

The Senior Deal Desk Associate will strategically partner with our Sales organization, offering guidance to drive execution of complex deals, leveraging CPQ tools, drafting contracts, facilitating contract reviews, as well as managing the overall quote-to-cash process while adhering to internal policies and practices.

The Senior Deal Desk Associate is part of a work team whose focus is to work collaboratively with Sales and internal organizations such as Product, Deal Management/Pricing, Delivery, Solution Engineers, Global Operations, Legal, Finance, Support, and Back Office to ensure deals are executed with speed and accuracy resulting in an excellent overall QTC experience for all involved.

Essential Key Responsibilities
• Serves as the point of contact and subject matter expert on deal constructs, operational procedures, approval policies, and controls.
• Works with Product, Deal Management, and Solution Engineers, among others, to translate requirements into an accurate configuration within D&B's ordering systems and pricing tools.
• Customizes templated contracts and facilitates cross-functional reviews with key parties to assess non-standard deal structures and changes to contract terms.
• Serves as the deal’s project manager, ensuring timely delivery of compliant and accurate contracts by ensuring accountability end-to-end (e.g., from configuration through billing), troubleshooting deal issues, and taking preventative measures to avoid process gaps.
• Will identify opportunities to reduce complexity through simplification, standardization, automation, and streamlined operations.

Experience and Competencies:
• 5-8 years’ experience in Deal Desk, QTC Operations, or similar Sales support role
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong skills in project management, problem solving, written communications, and relationship management
• Highly organized, customer-focused, strong attention to details
• Self-motivated, critical thinker with prior experience facilitating complex deals across multiple business units
• Positive team player, effective communicator, and the ability to influence and drive decisions across all levels of the organization
• Tools: Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary:
• Must reside with driving distance to Jacksonville, FL
• Schedule - Monday through Friday, 11am to 7:30pm
• Manage inbound leads from marketing responses, chat, webforms and phone inquiries.
• Ability to recognize how to qualify a lead based off of Budget Authority Need and Timeline (BANT) and pass to the appropriate internal Sales Channel.
• Schedule appointments for your dedicated Sales Reps to close.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with different buy personas within a company (ex: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, etc.)

Education/Experience and Competencies:
• 4-year college degree required
• Experience in selling an intangible product (such as insurance, information, finance, etc.) and/or inside sales experience is strongly preferred
• Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
• SaaS experience a major plus
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, LinkedIn)
• Ability to quickly adopt sales related technologies
• Ability to adapt to an analytical, research focused mentality and environment
